ARRIVAL
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to fully enjoy the services. If you are late, unfortunately, we will not be able to extend your session, as we need to respect the appointments of other guests.
 
CANCELATION POLICY
If you wish to cancel or modify your booking, please notify us at least 2 hours in advance. In case of late cancellation or no-show, 50% of the service cost will be charged as compensation.
 
ThermalExperience
We recommend using the sauna, pool, and jacuzzi before your service.
This helps stimulate blood circulation and enhances the effectiveness of the treatments.

CalmandHarmony
Please maintain a soft and calm tone to avoid disturbing other guests.
Mobile phone use in the SPA area should be minimized to ensure a fully relaxing and harmonious environment.

For Your Health and Complete Relaxation
Dear guests, please note that the following are prohibitedin the SPA area:
Consumption of alcoholic beverages
Entry or service under the influence of alcohol or psychoactive drugs
Smoking, including electronic cigarettes
Bringing pets
Using the pool without appropriate swimwear
Jumping or diving into the pool
Making noise or disturbing the peaceful environment
Additional Recommendations:
It is recommended not to visit the SPA immediately after eating.
Access is allowed for guests aged 12 and above.
Guests aged 12–18 may enter only when accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older, who will be responsible for them.
Pregnant guests are advised to use SPA services only during the 3rd to 6th months of pregnancy.

Our team reserves the right to refuse service to any guest without providing a reason.
