ARRIVAL<\/span>\n
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your\nscheduled appointment to fully enjoy the services.\nIf you are late, unfortunately, we will not be able to\nextend your session, as we need to respect the appointments of other guests.
 
CANCELATION POLICY<\/span>\n
If you wish to cancel or modify your booking, please\nnotify us at least 2 hours in advance.\nIn case of late cancellation or no-show, 50% of the\nservice cost will be charged as compensation.

We recommend using the sauna, pool, and jacuzzi before\nyour service.
This helps stimulate blood circulation and enhances the effectiveness of the\ntreatments.

Please maintain a soft and calm tone to avoid\ndisturbing other guests.
Mobile phone use in the SPA area should be minimized to ensure a fully relaxing\nand harmonious environment.

Dear guests, please note that the following are prohibited<\/span>in <\/span>the <\/span>SPA <\/span>area<\/span><\/span><\/b>:<\/span>\n
Consumption of alcoholic beverages
Entry or service under the influence of alcohol or\n psychoactive drugs
Smoking, including electronic cigarettes
Bringing pets
Using the pool without appropriate swimwear
Jumping or diving into the pool
Making noise or disturbing the peaceful environment
Additional Recommendations:<\/span>\n
It is recommended not to visit the SPA immediately after\n eating.
Access is allowed for guests aged 12 and above.
Guests aged 12\u201318 may enter only when accompanied by an\n adult aged 18 or older, who will be responsible for them.
Pregnant guests are advised to use SPA services only\n during the 3rd to 6th months of pregnancy.<\/span>\n
